About Laff

As of 1 January 1996, the members of Association LAFF abide by the General Terms and Conditions of the Latvian Association of Freight Forwarders (LAFF) Association LAFF has agreed on introduction of these Terms and Conditions with the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, because every dispute arising out of the contracts entered into in compliance with aforesaid Terms & Conditions, will be settled in the Arbitration court of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Rules of said Arbitration court.

Cooperation with other organisations

The Association cooperates with relevant international and national organisations of freight forwarders, carriers and other organisations to develop freight forwarding, logistics services and freight carriage sector.

To represent Association's members and protect their interests in governmental and public organisations of Latvia, international and foreign organisations, including, but not limited to International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) and International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) in matters associated with Association's activity.
